Biography
Betsy is an energy and utilities executive focused on cybersecurity, AI, data, and critical infrastructure resilience. As a Partner in West Monroe’s Energy & Utilities practice, she helps industry leaders turn complex business and technology challenges into strategies that accelerate innovation, strengthen partnerships, and address shared industry priorities.
Previously, Betsy served as Chief Operating Officer of the electric and gas industry’s Center of Excellence for Cyber Supply Chain Security, advancing industry-wide approaches to cyber and supply chain risk. She also spent nearly two decades at Exelon in leadership roles spanning operations, emergency preparedness, regulatory affairs, compliance, and security.
Betsy also serves as Volunteer Executive Director of the Critical Infrastructure Security Consortium (CISC), convening leaders across industry, government, and academia to strengthen critical infrastructure security and resilience through collective action and cross-sector collaboration.
