Billy Haugland II is Chief Executive Officer of Haugland Group, a New York-based infrastructure services company with affiliates that provide a wide range of civil infrastructure and energy construction services. With a passion for transportation infrastructure ignited at a young age, Billy took a role within his family-owned construction business, working in the field with project management teams.
As CEO, Billy leads Haugland Group’s diverse portfolio, overseeing their expansion and success across the Southeast, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions. He drives innovation in construction and energy while championing workforce development. He’s committed to supporting local communities and growing skilled labor across all regions, with a strong focus on advancing excellence and collaboration in his home state of New York. Rooted in Long Island, Billy’s impact extends beyond business as he holds numerous board positions, and continues to inspire and drive positive changes, both in his industry and his community.
