Biography
Courtney Allen is President and CEO of Williams & Allen Infrastructure Solutions, a multidisciplinary firm focused on developing people, improving organizations, and strengthening the infrastructure that communities depend on.
With more than 20 years of experience in the energy and utility industry, Courtney has built a career spanning engineering, field operations, project execution, and executive leadership. He has led large, complex utility operations and teams responsible for delivering safe, reliable service to communities.
Courtney holds associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
Through Williams & Allen, he is bringing together workforce development, operational excellence, infrastructure advisory, and construction and infrastructure services to help organizations and communities prepare for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
His leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple belief: develop people, strengthen systems, and build for the future.
