Biography
Daniel Falcone, recognized executive in the downstream petroleum and renewable fuels industries, has over 20 years of experience in fuel distribution, renewable energy, regulatory policy, and market development. Beginning as the owner of a NY Harbor-based fuel company, he developed expertise in fuel supply, logistics, and market operations before transitioning to leadership roles with Total Fuel, Ultra Green Energy, Renewable Energy Group, and Approved Oil.
Mr. Falcone advanced commercial adoption of biodiesel and renewable liquid fuels through strategic market development, regulatory expertise, and innovative energy solutions. He worked with three successive NYC administrations to promote renewable fuel legislation and serves on the Executive, Government Affairs, Biofuels, and Northeast Committees of the Northeast Energy and Fuels Institute. He advises industry stakeholders and policymakers on practical, market-driven strategies that support energy reliability, emissions reduction, and long-term sustainability. His goal is to advance market-driven energy policies that reduce emissions while leveraging existing infrastructure.
