Biography
Molly Vitek-Scott is the Director of Commercial Execution, Regulatory, and Government Affairs at Switched Source, a clean energy company commercializing power flow control and distribution automation technologies that help utilities defer infrastructure upgrades, integrate new load, and improve reliability. She leads the company's central region sales operations and stakeholder engagement. Before joining Switched Source, Molly was a strategy consultant at Deloitte, where she advised energy sector clients on market positioning, pricing strategy, and digital transformation. She brings a data-driven, cross-sector perspective to questions on how to execute grid modernization, reliability, and electrification. Molly holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. She is based in Chicago and works closely with decision makers shaping the next generation of distribution grid investment.
