Biography
Nicholas is a managing director on the Investments team at CGC and has over 30 years of experience in project, corporate and structured finance both in the private and public sector. Prior to CGC, Nick supported DOE’s Energy Dominance Finance office playing a lead role in providing structuring and underwriting loan guarantee commitments totaling over $7 billion for critical minerals projects, solar and storage projects in Puerto Rico, and residential solar loans. While with the DOE, Nick also led the underwriting of $8.3 billion in loans guarantees for the construction and operations of the V.E. Summer units 3 and 4 nuclear reactors in Georgia. Nicholas holds a Bachelors degree from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University.
