Biography
Paula R. Glover is President of the Alliance to Save Energy, a bipartisan nonprofit coalition advancing federal energy efficiency policy. Under her leadership, the Alliance helped shape landmark legislation, including the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act, securing billions of dollars in federal funding for energy efficiency programs.
Ms. Glover, previously President and CEO of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE), championed diverse perspectives in energy policy and regulation.
She chairs the Clean Energy Works Board and serves on the boards of the Keystone Policy Center, Rocky Mountain Institute, Resources for the Future, and the U.S. Energy Association. She is also a U.S. Department of Energy Clean Energy Education and Empowerment Initiative (C3E) Ambassador, and Vice Chair of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe's Group of Experts on Energy Efficiency.
Ms. Glover holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from the University of Delaware.
