Biography
Sarah Orban Salati, Chief Commercial Officer of Large Load Power Solutions at National Grid Ventures (NGV), leads strategy and growth initiatives serving data centers and other energy-intensive customers. She leverages National Grid’s expertise in developing, financing, delivering, and operating complex energy infrastructure solutions.
Since joining NGV in 2023, Sarah has driven commercial growth across the company’s generation, LNG, and competitive transmission businesses. She led the expansion of NGV’s national transmission platform, securing strategic partnerships and project awards, and serves as Co-Executive Sponsor of NewNet, National Grid’s largest Employee Resource Group.
Prior to NGV, Sarah was EVP and Chief Commercial Officer at the New York Power Authority, where she oversaw $2 billion in annual revenues and advanced investments in generation, transmission, distributed energy resources, energy efficiency, and EV charging. She held senior leadership roles with AES in the U.S. and Europe. Sarah holds degrees from Yale University and Johns Hopkins University.
