Biography
Scott Shepard oversees CSE’s administration of transportation decarbonization programs across the US. In this role he provides direction and leadership on incentive program funding mechanisms, designs, and impacts thereof. Previously he worked as the transportation and mobility research director at Guidehouse Insights and has spent the last 15 years deep in all things transportation decarbonization: global supply chains, technology readiness, market adoption, technology use and decommissioning, and government policy and regulations.
