Biography
Vicki Kuo is Senior Vice President of Customer Energy Solutions at Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., where she leads customer operations, energy efficiency and demand management programs, electrification initiatives, distributed resource programs, rate design, and advanced metering infrastructure that support New York’s clean energy goals. Her team collaborates with customers, policymakers, and environmental advocates to advance climate initiatives and develop innovative clean energy solutions, including non-wires and non-pipeline alternatives. During her career at Con Edison, Ms. Kuo has held leadership roles across engineering, IT, strategic planning, and emerging technologies. She also previously served as Vice President of Sales for North America and Europe at a cybersecurity startup. Ms. Kuo serves on the board of the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy. She holds degrees in electrical engineering and management from NYU-Poly.
