Biography
Jen Hensley is senior vice president of Corporate Affairs at Con Edison of NY, where she oversees Government and Community Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Communications, Marketing, and Philanthropy. A member of the company’s Corporate Leadership Team, she helps advance initiatives that support customers, communities, and NY’s energy future.
Before joining Con Edison, Hensley led Government Relations for Lyft across the United States and Canada. Her previous leadership roles include President of Link for Intersection, Executive Director of the Association for a Better NY, Senior Adviser to the Chairman at Empire State Development Corporation, and Assistant Vice President at the Alliance for Downtown NY. She also held finance positions at Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.
Hensley earned a bachelor’s degree from Barnard College and holds both an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and an MPA from NYU Wagner. She serves on nonprofit and civic boards in New York.
