Biography

Nicole Pavia is the Director of Clean Energy Infrastructure Deployment at Clean Air Task Force, where she identifies, develops, and advocates for solutions to barriers to building utility-scale clean generation and electricity transmission at the federal, regional, and state levels. Her program’s focus includes improving permitting and siting policies and processes, boosting community buy-in to and benefits from clean energy projects, and exploring innovative financing and ownership models. Before CATF, Nicole worked at the Boston Consulting Group, Energy Futures Initiative, and the Urban Green Council. She holds Economics and Political Science degrees from Duke University and an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics.
